All of Insight IT’s training courses are at a fixed price, that’s if it’s for a short course (2-3 hours), half-day sessions or a 1 or 2 day course.  There are no extra costs such as travel expenses and accommodation, these are all included in the fixed price.  In other words, you won’t pay a penny more than the price we quote.

The advantage of fixed price courses is that they remain the same, so you can take our quote away and get a good idea of your final training budget.  The equipment we use is ours, we bring overhead projectors, whiteboards and anything else that is required so you don’t need to factor that in.

Also, you can choose which dates are most convenient for you and your staff, giving you total flexibility at no extra cost.  We just ask that you give us 10 days’ notice (sometimes less), just tell us your required dates and we’ll check our diary and get back to you.

Insight IT training don’t charge for tailoring the content of your course and we encourage you to think about what your employees will get from the training and which skills they’ll need to be more proficient in their job roles.  We can give as much or as little help as you need, or just leave it all to us.

Once your employees have attended one of our training courses, they will receive a certificate of attendance, ongoing post training support (if needed), copies of the evaluation forms completed by the trainee (great for your record keeping) and a comprehensive and user-friendly reference manual.

Just so you know, all our training is instructor led with practical exercises to help your employees fully understand the subjects being covered.  So that your staff feel comfortable and relaxed, we take a relaxed approach and urge trainees to ask questions along the way so that they can fully explore the software.
