Prerequisites
Keyboard and mouse experience is assumed. Familiarity with the use of
Windows software is essential. Some experience of using Crystal Reports
will be needed - new users of Crystal Reports are recommended to attend
the Level One course.
Course Duration
Six hours (9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm).
