Aims of the One-Day Course

This course has been designed for existing users with some knowledge of Crystal Reports, probably self-taught, but with no formal training. The course is 100% hands on, with exercises to help the trainees practice the new skills they learn.

Prerequisites

Keyboard and mouse experience is assumed. Familiarity with the use of Windows software is essential. Some experience of using Crystal Reports will be needed - new users of Crystal Reports are recommended to attend the Level One course.

Course Duration

Six hours (9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm).
