Outline
Aims of the Two-Day Course
This in-depth course has been designed to give novice users the skills
they need to implement their project management skills using Microsoft
Project. Trainees will learn to use the features for designing reports
and customising the type and level of information that Microsoft Project
displays on the screen. Non-project managers will also benefit from this
course, as a brief introduction to fundamental project management principles
is included. The course is 100% hands-on, with exercises to help the trainees
practice the new skills they learn.

Prerequisites
Trainees must have experience of using Windows software. Mouse and keyboard
experience is essential. No previous knowledge of project management or
project management software is required.
Course Duration
Twelve hours (9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm on both days).
