Aims of the One-Day Course

This course is suitable for people new to time-based software, who need to learn how to use the key features and functionality of Adobe Premiere 7.0 to create dynamic and professional video movies. This course is 100% hands-on and the trainees will create a complete digital movie.

Assembling a Sequence
- Create a Project
- Organise Media Clips
- Add Clips to a Sequence
Fine-tuning a Sequence
- Trim Clips
- Insert or Replace Clips in a Sequence
- Adjust Clips in a Sequence
Enhancing a Sequence with Transitions,Effects, and Titles
- Add Transitions
- Apply a Fixed Effect to a Still Image
- Add a Title

Adjusting Audio
- Adjust Volume Levels
- Create Fades
Exporting Video
- Export a Movie File
- Export Video for the Web

Prerequisites

Keyboard and mouse skills are assumed. Trainees must have a basic understanding of their computer’s operating system and should be able to launch an application, create and save files, and copy files from CD and other media.

Course Duration

Six hours (9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm).
