The training will be tailored to the needs of the trainee(s), either in advance or on the day, and will incorporate time-saving techniques. The course can include more than one software package. For example, we could spend one hour on Microsoft Word followed by one hour on Excel. The individual(s) will be able to work on their own data, files or documents during the training, as it will be 100% hands-on throughout.  Likewise, the training can focus on one or two specific issues or be run as a troubleshooting/problem solving session.

You also have the flexibility to choose when you want the training – mornings, afternoons or Saturdays at times to suit you.  In addition, Insight provides the computer(s) for the training and, if needed, post training support by phone or email, all free of charge. Insight can even adapt their Remote “1-to-1” or Bite Size options to meet most circumstances and requirements.
